Every one had realized the definition of leadership in many different ways, which may be meant that the act affects to the behavior of others in making their decision to achieve a goal. And for the long past, we also had heard about the leadership of the women which has engaged in the senior-woman-glorified democracy. The woman’s leadership is soft and effective, patient, being collaborative manner and understanding the organization's rank and files around her, particularly for the subordinate workers. It looks different from the man’s leadership which is challenged, and preferring to use the power without understanding.
At the present, there are attentions from the government and civil society organization to work and improve the promoting of the gender equality. That is why there is increasing of the number of woman get involved in the political and social development remarkably so that the woman is able to participate with a decision-making process too. However, the barriers of social culture, and concepts of the family are still paralyze the woman’s participation that they could harness the potentiality, ability, effectiveness, efficiency and leadership.
Based on the view indicates that the man is dynamic who is able to envisage much more than woman ever, and they are mesmerized or upbeat and earned support better than woman in both role and making the decisions or opportunities.
Because of such gender inequality, it also paralyses the performance and acting the leadership of the woman in the social development or community participation. Basically, the woman not only performs duty in the home chore but also plays a social vital role for a development society. This is the keen leadership art of a woman to be revealed and performed effectively even the woman sometimes meets the challenges. The woman must overcome any hardship including the perspective of gender inequality by harnessing her talents so that to promote and enhance the gender equality and equity as well as woman empowerment—to be successful on this, to working through the media or technology.
Therefore, it is very crucial for the stakeholders and relevant government to work for the benefits of gender equality through media intended the woman access to empower and mainstream her. Yet, they should work to encourage and motivate the woman to increasingly participate with political engagement.
